Multi-Day Rafting

Exclusive Lower Salmon rafting trip with Off the GRYD Therapy

Step away from the noise and spend a few days off the grid and on the river with a group of men who are serious about growth, honesty, and getting unstuck. This OFF THE GRYD hosted trip pairs Wild River Adventures’ multi-day Salmon River experience with intentional time for reflection, conversation, and connection. Guided by @offthegrydtherapy, this isn’t a party float or a surface-level “guys trip.” It’s an off-the-grid reset—real whitewater, big canyon walls, quiet mornings, campfire nights, and space to talk about the things that actually matter. Over several days on the Lower Salmon River, you’ll run fun Class III rapids, swim in warm water, and drift through massive canyon country. Evenings are spent sharing meals, conversations, and fireside time on wide, white-sand beaches. Nothing forced—just a group of men showing up honestly, supporting each other, and letting the river do what it does best. Wild River Adventures handles all logistics, rowing, safety, camp setup, and meals so you can focus entirely on being present—on the water, in camp, and with each other. Limited spots. Two departures available.

At the pre-trip meeting on the night before launch, you’ll receive your dry bags along with instructions so you can pack that evening. Our dry bags are approximately 55 liters in size. Below is a streamlined packing list designed for comfort on the river, evenings in camp, and sun/weather protection.

  • 1–2 pairs of socks
  • 1 pair quick-drying or lightweight pants (great for sun protection)
  • Lightweight fleece, hoodie, or jacket for cool mornings and evenings
  • Rain jacket and rain pants
  • Sturdy water sandals or river shoes that stay on your feet
  • Lightweight footwear for camp (flip flops or soft shoes)
  • Comfortable loungewear for camp and sleeping
  • Hat with a strap or clip for sun protection
  • Sunglasses with a retaining strap
  • Small headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries
